Dhigurah island is located in the south part of Ari Atoll, only 20 minutes away by plane from Male. The island is one of the longest in Maldives and indeed that is what Dhigurah means in Dheveli, (Maldivian local language)….long island. The beach is 2 and 1/2 KM long and leads to a sand bank which is perfect for sunset watching wildlife watching and walks. There are two schools, a medical centre with a Doctor and 630 local people who are happy to share their beautiful island with all our guests
