El Foro is just alive with fish. Schools of Big Eye Jacks,Baracuda and Snapper are often spotted. One of the better sites in the Coiba Marine reserve for Turtles and Morey Eeels (Green, Zebra, Spotted Snake) There’s are also some great macro, Harlequin Shrimp,Frog Fish and Porcelian Crabs just to name a few. The shallows sit at 6m/18ft,dropping down to 30m/90ft off the outside ledge.
